Holetherm Double-walled Insulated is used in fireplaces and wood or oil-fired heaters where no stone chimney is present or accessible. The stainless steel system (TNO approved, BS 6062) ensures optimum draught and insulation. If professionally installed, Holetherm gives this leading system a guarantee of no less than 30 years! Robust, durable and safe due to the use of special laser-welding technology and ceramic insulating material which effortlessly withstands peak temperatures. Holetherm Double-walled Insulated is (chimney) fire safe for many years to come.
Holetherm Single-walled Gas is used in closed systems, such as central heating installations. For this system Holetherm has selected durable stainless steel because the system density and lifespan are of the utmost importance in the prevention of carbon monoxide in the living space. Holetherm Single-walled Gas effortlessly exceeds the lifespan of every central heating boiler and has a system density of no less than x25 the standard.
The Holetherm Single-walled System is used as a lining in an existing brick chimney. The stainless steel material is robust, but also as thin as possible, in order to promote optimal draught. The system can also serve as a visible smoke exhaust in a room, for example, above a wood stove. The thin material provides additional heat dissipation and comfort.
Holetherm Double-walled Concentric is specially designed for closed systems such as gas fireplaces, which require supply and discharge. The system works with a natural draught, whereby the outer channel provides the combustion air supply and the inner channel provides the flue gas discharge. Gas fireplace manufacturers prescribe the appropriate type of discharge channel. The choice of stainless steel, as opposed to aluminium or galvanized steel, results in: a flue gas channel which is resistant to temperatures of 400*. Advanced and precise laser-cutting and laser-welding results in a longer lifespan and a greater system density.
